We built Wishfare to save you money — not to sell your data. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Wishfare ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Wishfare mobile application and the website at wishfareapp.com (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Service. By using Wishfare, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

Account details — such as your email address when you create an account.
Trip preferences — your travel dates, home airport, party size, and budget so we can track relevant prices.
Support messages — the contents of any messages you send us.

Information collected automatically

Device & usage data — device model, operating system version, app version, and how you interact with features.
Push tokens — used to deliver price-drop notifications you opt into.
Diagnostics — crash logs and performance data to keep the app reliable.

3. How we use information

To monitor flight and park-ticket prices for the trips you set up.
To send price alerts and service notifications you've enabled.
To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

Service providers who process data on our behalf (for example, cloud hosting, analytics, and crash reporting), bound by confidentiality obligations.
Payment processors such as Apple, which handle subscriptions through your Apple ID. We do not receive your full payment card details.
Legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 7).

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices & rights

You can update your trip details and preferences in the app at any time.
You can disable notifications in iOS Settings.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. To make a request, email hi@soracreatives.com.

8. Children's privacy

Wishfare is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the app.
