1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wishfare mobile application and the website at wishfareapp.com (together, the "Service"), operated by Wishfare ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Wishfare. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. The Service

Wishfare monitors flight fares and park-ticket prices and notifies you of potential deals. Prices, availability, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. We are not a travel agency or ticket seller, and we do not guarantee any particular price, savings, or availability. Always confirm details with the airline, retailer, or provider before purchasing.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions & billing

• Wishfare offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code or data of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, design, and trademarks, is owned by Wishfare and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Third-party links & services

The Service may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that price information will be accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wishfare will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or savings, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Wishfare is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
